The perfect space...


Studio C is thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide variety of sessions with artificial light, ensuring you have everything you need for a flawless shoot. Included in your rental, you’ll have access to three colors of seamless paper, ideal for headshots, cake smashes, and those cherished family portraits. 


Our studio C boasts an exclusive collection of newborn props, such as adorable buckets, soft layers, charming outfits, and more—all unique to Studio C and included in your rental. To enhance your experience, we provide a 86-inch PLM and an LED window for exceptional lighting, comfortable seating for your clients, and essential items like diapers and wipes. This studio will rent at $110/hour and $85/half hour. There are rules & regulations specific to this space. We will not be allowing pets in this studio, no food or drink besides water and please note that all props, wraps, and other items are not allowed to leave this space. Renter is held responsible for broken, damaged or items that go missing.

Noteworthy - Please Read


  • This studio is my personal studio I use multiple times weekly, please treat it with care & love. I have chosen to share it with the community but, my space needs to be respected.
  • Please do not change babies on the couch, there is a changing table right outside in the hall
  • Lights off, paper up, door close upon leaving.
  • No pets, no food
  • Do not cut the white vinyl roll down, it wipes clean cutting will result in a full replacement.
  • Studio is a 12x12 room & is not suitable for larger families - kids must be supervised closely & are not allowed to roam other areas.
  • Please no shoes on the white floor, especially heels they will ruin it.
  • Props are not allowed to leave this space for any reason, even if you have other spaces rented. All dirty linens need to be placed in the bin by the door.
  • Do not use the PLM without prior knowledge
