How to Reschedule Your Booking


We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule your session. While we strive to be accommodating, we are unable to fulfill every request. Please review the following rescheduling guidelines:

  • If your session is more than 7 days away, you can reschedule using your original booking link.
  • If your session is within 7 days, please complete the form below for consideration.

A few important points to note:

  • Reschedule requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Not all requests will result in a reschedule code.
  • We operate a no-refund policy. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
  • Same-day reschedule requests will not receive any credit
  • Reschedule credits must be used within 60 days. If unused within this period, the code will expire, and no new code will be issued.
  • Reschedule codes are a one-time exception. If you reschedule with a code and need to reschedule again, no further code will be issued, even during holidays.
  • Reschedule fees after the 7-day window are $25 per hour booked for hourly sessions and $15 for half-hour sessions. This fee is non-negotiable.
  • We allow one fee-waived reschedule per year. Once used, any subsequent reschedules will be subject to fees. The 12-month period resets from the date of the first exemption. This does not apply during holiday season.
