Reschedule Policy
- You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 7 days before your reservation is set to begin by going to your original reservation (through any of your emails we have sent) and reschedule/cancel. You will receive a new confirmation email once you have done this.
- If you are within seven days from your booking: Fill out the required form, we will cancel your booking & you will receive a credit the dollar amount spent that can be applied towards a future rental with us. Your credit will expire in 60 days from the date of the original reservation. This means the booking must take place within the 60 days from getting your code.
- If you are within 7 days from your booking: There is a $25 reschedule fee per hour booked for hourly bookings and a $15 fee for half hour bookings.
- Please allow a few working days to complete your request, we are a family & we have jobs. We do our best to get to each one as quickly as possible. If it is an emergency please reach out to 469-515-3575
Studio credits will not be given for time booked but not utilized. Example: You book the studio for mini sessions and they do not all fill up. This is not a responsibility of the studio. We will not be giving credits for this & we will not split up bookings for any reason.
Wild Oak Studio is not responsible for photographer's client's cancelling last Minute/Same day, no credit will be issued for this. If you would like to reschedule your reservation and it is after the 7 day mark - Please follow the instructions below there is a $25 reschedule fee PER HOUR BOOKED for hourly bookings and a $15 fee for half hour bookings.
Emergencies will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us if this applies to you. Emergencies are not sickness such as the flu, stomach bug, missing a flight etc.

How to Reschedule Your Booking
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule your session. While we strive to be accommodating, we are unable to fulfill every request. Please review the following rescheduling guidelines:
- If your session is more than 7 days away, you can reschedule using your original booking link.
- If you are within 7 days from your booking, please complete the form below for consideration.
A few important points to note:
- Reschedule requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Not all requests will result in a reschedule code.
- We operate a no-refund policy. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
- Same-day reschedule requests will not receive any credit.
- Reschedule credits must be used within 60 days. If unused within this period, the code will expire, and no new code will be issued.
- Reschedule codes are a one-time exception. If you reschedule with a code and need to reschedule again, no further code will be issued, even during holidays.
- Reschedule fees after the 7-day window are $25 per hour booked for hourly sessions and $15 for half-hour sessions. This fee is non-negotiable.
- We allow one fee-waived reschedule per year. Once used, any subsequent reschedules will be subject to fees. The 12-month period resets from the date of the first exemption. This does not apply during holiday season.
- These requests can take us a few days to complete, we will cancel your original booking - you will then get a cancellation email with a code to book your desired date and time.
Please understand these policies are in place to ensure fairness and smooth operations for all of our clients.
March Madness
If you used a code for MARCH MADNESS & you need to reschedule - if it is within 7 days we will not be giving a code for appointments made with this code. If it is before the 7 days you can reschedule though your original booking but the date must still be within the month of march.
