Hello renters,
We’ve refreshed both the Back to School and All American sets.
• Supervise children closely. Any damage to sets will incur a $150 vendor repair fee. We are firm on this, do not allow kids to pull on the sets, play with the balloons or pull pencils off.
• No jumping on beds, throwing props/toys, or climbing on furniture.
• We provide a bin of toys for children — please use those instead of props.
• A studio guide is available on our website and social media to help prep your clients.
• This is a professional space — we ask that it be treated with respect.
Studio A renters:
We understand it’s frustrating when the space is not left as pictured.
• We check cameras but cannot reset the space between each renter.
• If items are out of place, please notify us and kindly return them to their original location.
• We rely on all renters to help keep the space beautiful.
ALL RENTERS:
• Set up & take down are part of your rental time. You may not enter the studio early & going into another renters time will incur a fee + the rental time of the renter after you. Exit promptly at your rental time please.
Entry reminders:
• All renters must use the back door.
• Only Studio A clients may be let in the front.
• Studio B clients must enter and exit through the back door, even if Studio A is unoccupied.
Do not enter a studio you did not rent. Doing so will result in a charge for one full hour of that studio.
