Dual Studio Bookings

Dual Studio Holiday Booking runs Aug 10–week of Jan 10. This option books both Studio A & B for the same timeframe—this is not back-to-back. You may move between spaces freely. Book up to 6 hrs/day. $150/hr. Time adds in 30 or 60 min blocks. No 30 min rentals for dual bookings. Must book on the Dual Studio calendar. Setup and cleanup must be done within your time. Studio A must be reset or $150 fee. Nothing may be moved in Studio B. Takedown is between Jan 3–10.

Cozy Christmas - Studio B

Studio B – Holiday Set Details


We’re so excited to introduce our first-ever holiday setup in Studio B, featuring a “Cozy Christmas with a Boho Touch” theme.

This space will include:


  • A warm, neutral-toned holiday bed set
  • A cozy - boho mantle, styled near the window in studio B.
  • A large seasonal wreath, which may appear in Studio A or Studio B — final placement will be confirmed in August


Important Notes:


  • The sets cannot be moved.
  • Set pieces are not toys — please do not allow children to climb, jump, or play on any part of the sets.
  • Damages or tampering will result in full replacement charges.
  • This set will be designed with care. We ask that all renters treat the space with respect.

Booking Wild Oak as a Photographer


If you are a photographer & you want to book the studio here are a few very important things to note:


  • We are a no refund studio.
  • Please read the reschedule policy - this is a firm policy.
  • There is a $25 fee for leaving diapers in the trash cans.
  • Do not change babies on the furniture or rugs - we provide changing tables in the bathrooms & hallway.
  • Please do not move our BACK TO SCHOOL sets for any reason. IF you need to move them you need permission.
  • Your client may not enter the studio before you - you (the photographer) can enter FIVE minutes before (no sooner) and let and let your clients in AT YOUR RENTAL TIME and not before.
  • Set up and take down are part of your rental time, please book enough time for setting up & clean up.
  • If you need more time you need to call or text us - you do not have permission to stay late without speaking with us first. We add on time In 30 min increments only - this starts at $55 per 30 min add on.
  • NO food or drink in studio spaces besides water - you may use the kitchen for snacks and other beverages. Having anything but water in the studio will result in a $55 fee.
  • You may move the furniture (couches, bed & chairs) but the studio must look as pictured below before you leave if not, there is an $85.00 design fee.
  • Cake smashes can only be done in Studio A - There is a cake smash fee. This is NOT a cleaning fee but a food services fee as we do not have a permit for food. It is required you pay this fee to bring cake into the studio space.
  • There is a pet fee: this is PER pet & we only allow dogs. They can not be on the furniture or rugs (even if they are being held) & per our landlord must be leashed at all times with a responsible adult holding the leash. If the dog sheds you must sweep and mop before you leave.
  • The front door must be locked before you leave - not doing so will result in a fee.
  • Curtains should be pulled back and blinds up
  • Do not jump on the beds
  • Do not allow shoes on the bed.
