LED WINDOWS


LED WINDOWS ARE FRAGILE. RENTER AGREES: NO KIDS PLAYING IN CURTAINS, FOLLOW ATTACHED INSTRUCTIONS & POLICIES. DAMAGE TO THE LIGHT WALL REQUIRES FULL REPLACEMENT. TURN OFF LIGHT WALL BEFORE DEPARTURE. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO READ HOW TO USE THEM.


Cake Smashes

Cake Smashes are NOT permitted in 30 min time slots

01. Arrival & Access


  • Please enter the back door, the front door will be locked.
  • Maps to the back door are below
  • You may let your clients in the front doors at your start time & not before
  • You may enter the studio five minutes prior to your booked time but not before.

02. Studio Guidelines


  • Restrooms are near the kitchen. Studio A is on the left at the end of the hall.
  • Extra props are in the storage room (on the right when entering). Please return all props after use.
  • Front door (street side) must be locked before you leave.
  • Do not move our floral sets for any reason - IF you need to please contact us first.


03. Security



  • The studio back door will be unlocked upon arrival. For Studio A rentals, we recommend locking the street access doors to avoid disturbances.
  • ALL renters enter in the back door. Studio A clients can enter in through the front.
  • Clients may not enter the studio without their photographer present.


04. Food & Drink


  • Only water is allowed in the studios. Other food and drinks can be consumed in the kitchen. Dispose of all food, drinks, and diapers in outdoor trash bins.
  • There is a $25 fee for diapers left in trash
05. How to avoid fees


  • Make sure studio is how it belongs before you leave (photos below)
  • No glitter or confetti - Confetti needs permission.
  • Cake smashes must be fully cleaned, triple check this.
  • Setup and cleanup are part of your rental time.


06. Pets


  • Dogs are allowed, there is a pet fee per pet.
  • Dogs are not allowed on rugs or furniture even if being held.
  • Dogs must be leashed at all times per our landlord - leash must be held by an adult.

Moving the floral sets without permission will result in an $85.00 fee.
