How to book

Reserve the Spaces

Booking is at the bottom of this page -- please be sure to read all the policies below before booking. If you are new here, below is also a step by step of the booking process. We do know it is a lot to read, but there is a reason for all these policies & we will send fees for rules not followed. You can find our renters guide here.

Booking Made Easy


  1. Visit the "Book Now" Page here on the website (Below at the bottom of the page) - Here you will select your preferred studio, your date, time, duration & add-ons. Keep in mind that set up or take down are part of your rental time, so please factor in enough time for both!
  2. Next, Choose your date! After you select the studio you wish to book, you'll be able to select your date!
  3. Select your preferred time slot: After you pick a date, you will choose from any of our available times. If you do not see a time that means it is not available to book. The time you select is the time your rental will begin - so by selecting 2:00pm that means you can enter the studio at 2:00pm and not before. If you choose an hour for example, your rental time would be from 2:00pm - 3:00pm this means you must exit promptly by 3:00pm.
  4. Select any add-ons: There is an add-on for pets (dogs only), Cake smashes, seamless paper & more.
  5. Fill out the form: This is required to book with us. Please be as detailed as possible and do not skip any questions.
  6. Secure your booking! Proceed through the payment process. This is also where you can enter any discount code you may have with us! Once your payment is processed you will receive a booking confirmation with details on your booking, a copy of your form, session date & other useful information - please read it carefully.
  7. Emails & Texts: Prior to your booking you will get several emails from us, these will include entry instructions, parking, maps & other details to make sure your session with us is a success!


We are a no refund studio - Your rental does not come with a photographer!

Booking Wild Oak as a Client


If you already have your photographer & you want to book the studio here are a few very important things to note:


  • We are a no refund studio.
  • Please read the reschedule policy below - this is a firm policy.
  • There is a $25 fee for leaving diapers in the trash cans.
  • Do not change babies on the furniture or rugs - we provide changing tables in the bathrooms & hallway.
  • Please do not move our floral sets for any reason. IF you need to move them you need permission.
  • It is required that you share your booking information with your photographer
  • DO NOT enter the studio without your photographer present - your photographer can enter before you FIVE minutes before (no sooner) and let you In AT YOUR RENTAL TIME.
  • Set up and take down are part of your rental time, please book enough time for setting up & clean up.
  • If you need more time you need to call or text us - you do not have permission to stay late without speaking with us first. We add on time In 30 min increments only - this starts at $55 per 30 min add on.
  • NO food or drink in studio spaces besides water - you may use the kitchen for snacks and other beverages. Having anything but water in the studio will result in a $55 fee.
  • You may move the furniture (couches, bed & chairs) but the studio must look as pictured below before you leave if not, there is an $85.00 design fee.
  • Cake smashes can only be done in Studio A - There is a cake smash fee. This is NOT a cleaning fee but a food services fee as we do not have a permit for food. It is required you pay this fee to bring cake into the studio space.
  • There is a pet fee: this is PER pet & we only allow dogs. They can not be on the furniture or rugs (even if they are being held) & per our landlord must be leashed at all times with a responsible adult holding the leash. If the dog sheds you must sweep and mop before you leave.
  • The front door must be locked before you leave - not doing so will result in a fee.
  • No shoes on the bed.
  • No Jumping on the bed - there is a extra mattress in the prop room your photographer can bring out that kiddos can jump on for photos.

Reschedules & Cancellations



Cancelling or Changing Your Reservation


You can change or cancel your Studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 7 days before your reservation is set to begin by contacting create@wildoakstudio.co or you can go to your original reservation and reschedule/cancel. Upon cancellation/reschedule, you will receive a credit the dollar amount spent that can be applied towards a future rental with us. Your credit will expire in 60 days from the date of the original reservation. This means the booking must take place within the 60 days from getting your code.



If after the 7 days there is a $25 reschedule fee for hourly bookings and a $15 fee for half hour bookings. 




Studio credits will not be given for time booked but not utilized. Example: You book the studio for mini sessions and they do not all fill up. This is not a responsibility of the studio. We will not be giving credits for this. 



Wild Oak Studio is not responsible for photographer's client's cancelling last Minute/Same day, no credit will be issued for this. If you would like to reschedule your reservation and it is after the 7 day mark, please reach out to us. If after the 7 days there is a $25 reschedule fee PER HOUR BOOKED for hourly bookings and a $15 fee for half hour bookings. 



Emergencies will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us if this applies to you. Emergencies are not sickness such as the flu, stomach bug, missing a flight etc.

30 MIN TIME SLOTS ARE FOR WEEKDAYS ONLY, IF YOU BOOK 30 mins ON A WEEKEND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT WARNING.
